Hardgainer, Should i be doing Circuit Training?

I am 160-165, 6'2...

I am athletic with 2 years of lifting experience. Keeping in mind the fat (weight) burning nature of Circuit training workouts i am wondering if it will be of more benefit than detriment.
I am just so very tired of just lifting weights, i would much rather perform full body circuit training workouts which would improve muscle mass and my cardio abilities.

What do you think? Should i focus on compound movements (targeting more muscles) or isolation exercises?

Thanks :)

You should focus on compound exercises. But if muscle mass is what you're after, you probably shouldn't be doing a whole lot of circuit training. It's good cardio work, and probably something fun to finish off your sessions with, but I'd recommend against having it as the staple of your training.

Hardgainer or under-eater?

160-165lbs at 6'2" makes me thing there isn't a whole lot of muscle there, which might be why you're getting tired of weightlifting, you're probably just tired of not getting very good results. Try eating a lot more and your lifts will increase
