Hardest pounds to lose. Help needed

Hi every one, I have already one year losing weight on my own just jogging and eating less, which make me a new person I was 298 a year ago and now a proud 205. My goal is 176. Since two months ago I ad spinning which at the beginning make me lost weight more easily but now I have three weeks eating only twice per day jogging 50 minutes then exercising one hour to finally spinning one hour and I am not losing practically noting just merely 0.4 weekly. Can any tells me what is my mistake??
