Hello there
I'm new to this site.
I'm happy to share my experience of using fenphendra is anyones interested.
Equally I'm happy to keep it all to myself - don't wish to upset/offend anyone and I appreciate and respect that some people don't agree with the use of diet pills.
As I've just started taking it and I thought it might be helpful to others who were curious about how it might affect appitite, exercise, weight loss, mood ect.
Just a little bit of back ground regarding my decision to try it. I do an average of 2 hrs of CV work a day on my exercise cycle, on alternate days I go to the gym for strength training plus step and cross-trainer work. Over the last 10 years this amount of exercise has helped to keep my depression in check. (Over the years if I haven't cycled I've swum or jogged on a aerobic rebounder). Anyway depression's been bad last couple of months so started anti-depressants. Ability to exercise not to badly affected by the anti-depressants but carb cravings have been difficult to manage. Didn't want to go down the bulimic route again -been out of the woods with that for some years now. So fenphendra for me is more about an assistance in helping me learn to control the carb craving.
The foods I like are fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, grains, poultry, fish, tofu and lentils and due to the amount of exercise I do, after a work-out my body's screaming for this healthy garb! However I could also live off chocolate, bloody love the stuff!! Ordinarily in any one week I proberly have 4 great days of healthy eating, 1 or 2 days of 'yeah, that was ok', and 1 or 2 of 'Jesus, shouldn't do that again anytime soon' - *lol* get my drift??
The carb-monster that has risen up inside me post-anti-depressants has f****d things up so for the last 3 weeks eating habits are all over the place.
Fen may help, it may not but I thought I'd give it go. First day's been ok.
thanks for reading
