I am so excited to be part of this community. i love sharing my success story and talking to people who would like to take that next step and start their weight loss journey.
 
Thank you so much. Could you share your journey please? I have lost 33 pounds in the past 11 weeks and about half way though my original goal of 70 pounds. It's really tough but I keep going everyday

That's so awesome. good for you. How did you lose it if you don't mind me asking? i am a strong believer that it's not hard to lose weight, the hard part is keeping the weight off after you lose it. i have been doing and using the same meal plans and products that my sister used to lose over 45 pounds in 60 days. it's been really easy. I think what made it even easier is choosing the right things to eat. look forward to hearing more about your journey.
 
Having a great support group is key as well. I've got a few great women on Facebook that help me get through the tough days.
 
Healthmaniac - I think you probably have the right idea. Without boring you with all the details, here it goes:

1) changed my diet to about 1400 calories a day. High protein. No natural sugars.

2) 5 - 6 meals a day

3) cardio 4- 5 times a week and weights 1- 2 times a week. 1 rest day
