Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

I want to wish you the happiest holiday, Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Happy Quanza, Feliz Navidad and Joyous Noel whatever tradition you follow I really want to honor it and encourage you right now to think about what the season is about, the purpose of the season is to remind us the standards of human beings and to remind us of what’s most important its an excuse to do what we should do be doing in each day of our lives which is connecting with the most important relationships of life, our creator, our family, our friends, our intimates and the extended people around us the people who make our lives possible.

Whether it’s the police who save you and you don’t even say a word to them, the troops overseas to the family member or friend that has been there for you through difficult times just take this time and think of what you’re grateful for.

As the season of being Merry and Jolly comes and then goes, it’s that time of year to make our New Year’s resolutions. What should I resolve to do in 2007? Should I volunteer my mentoring services to those in need more often? Should I spend more time with friends and family members? All very good questions indeed.

New Year’s resolutions we all make them, we all break them within one month of creating them, then we are left with 11 months until we start the cycle again. STOP this vicious cycle of the YO-YO syndrome it does us no good but yet we continue this tradition of creating these resolutions.

Instead of resolving to lose 10 pounds in one month or join the gym and promising yourself that you will go the gym every day in 2007 do this instead, take the opportunity to reflect on the previous year’s progress and look forward to the accomplishment of new goals in 2007.

In today’s society, excuses keep on mounting. Don’t be a victim to this trap. Don’t blame poor efforts. Don’t blame your laziness. Don’t just cover up your fears – confront them. Take control of your life, and if it needs improvement, take instant action to improve it. Just do it.

We don’t need to go on a fad diet come January 1st 2007, we don’t need to spend our hard earned dollars on the books, the DVD’s and fad diets. What we do need to do is start believing that we can become a healthier person by just believing in ourselves that we can change from the inside-out instead of going from the outside-in, our outer image often reflects our internal values or CORE beliefs and this is where change begins and results happen and new creations emerge and dreams come true.

Be different in 2007 and start on the right foot and believe in yourself that you too can change yourself through your thoughts and start attracting success in a very profound and empowering way.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, YOU’RE WORTH IT!

Cheers to a new you in 2007, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
