Just do it!! Make your daily,weekly plans and stick to it.Going to a party,plan and pack ahead gotta a exersiercie routine in mind jott it down and stick to the plan.So basically it boils down to just have a good week with your meal planning and exersice planning.Make it good week all because it is getting close to the end of the challange.GOOD LUCK Tammy:)

Whoo, I have this down!! I always pre-plan and take my food everywhere with me!!!
It is so much easier sticking to it once you have it pre-planned!!
