haha! I always have to clarify...lol. So is it 2-3 servings of fruit AND 2-3 servings of veggies? or 2-3 servings total? Isn't it ironic--I just ate 2 cups of broccoli..:)

HAHA it's good to ask questions and 2-3 servings of either or!Congrats on the broccoli blah the only greens I can eat are green beans and peas lol better than nothing.GL,Tammy
 
ok this ones going to be easy as i love fruit but veggies i'm still getting the hang of but i'm sure it shouldn't be a problem.
