STARTS SEPT 1ST :flame:

This is going to be a water challange you must DRINK 1/2 your weight in ozs of water so I am 180 lbs I need to drink atleast 90 0zs of water.:)

Here are some water facts:
The body is 80% water
We need to drink 1/2 our body weight in ounces of water
Water removes harmful toxins from the body
Dehydration slows down the body's metabolism
Lack of H2O causes daytime fatigue
Water plays a role in almost every body function!
Water regulates the tempertature of the human body,carries nutrients and oxygen to cells,cushions joints,protects organs and tissues and removes wastes!

So drink your water it is very important in more ways than you know.Remeber each day you drink your water put a * in week1 bonus that you copied and pasted.GL and drink up :rotflmao:
 
Excellent. Thats 102.5 oz per day for me then? (I weigh 205)

Woohoo, I've already begun trying to drink more water in the last couple weeks so hopefully I get this challenge off to a great start.
 
I've already started drinking water as a daily routine, but I guess I'l be kicking it into overdrive! I have been filling my 340z water bottle and drinking it thru out the day, but now I guess I'll be filling it at least 2 times.(I'll know how much more tomorrow after I weigh in). I'm not a HUGE water fan and this will be even more incentive to lsoe more weight- less weight = less water LOL.:rotflmao:
 
Nice. I try to guzzle... now its time to really take notice & watch how much. I have a Nalgene bottle at work that I refill a couple times a day (as needed) & it says 32 oz. So I can know exactly how much & lug it around with me all day. No I know I need to drain it 3 times a day this week!

Guess I'll be drinking 4 of my 28oz water bottles a day. I'm pretty sure I've already been doing this...lol I've already had 2 so far today. And I didn't get up until noon! :D
 
Ok Caspers, you can count on me on that one. I usually drink at least 96 oz water and that is without exercise, When I exercise I drink more!!! 80 oz. seems definetely doable!! Go team!!

Awesome... that'll be 11cups or so for me. Since I alread drink 12c a day that should be cake. WOOT! By the way... be prepared to piss like a race horse if you don't drink a lot of water as it is. hahaaaaaa!!!! Good luck everyone.

Wow, thats 80oz for me. Im going to be in the bathroom a lot. kinda like my second bedroom lol!!!!!!!!

ok so for me if i drink half my weight in ounces that means i need to drink at least 123.1 oz so i'll just make sure to drink at least 123oz of water a day that shouldn't be to hard to do as i usually drink 120 oz if not more per day without exercising as lately thats all i have been drinking is water, except for today when i needed a little bit of caffine to wake me up this morning... bad idea though sent me running to the bathroom.. sorry tmi. anyways good luck to everyone and even more so to my teammates go team.

Guess I'm going to be chugging the water... I definitely needed this to get me back on track with my water.
