I am going to be starting my training for my second half marathon. Last year I was committed to my training program which consisted of running and cross training only and was a 10 week training program. I finished really well, top 15% and hope to finish even higher this year. Would adding resistance training to my regime benefit me or would all of the cardio training be counterproductive?
