Hale Store? Pyramid Scheme?

A buddie of mine said that this Hale company was a sort of pyramid scheme like Mary Kay/Amway etc. Is that true? I don't really like to give that type of company my money. Anyone else hear anything like this?

Lets see, did you go to a seminar. Conference style, maybe in a hotel. There so call people that got rich off it. Is there a guy dressed in a suit. Occasionally they cheer. Like, YEA, WOOHOO, clapping too. Its not a scam but all they do is sell you a dream. Its like a legal pyramid.

Any new info on this? I had an interview today but I opted not to go.

Their site is very vague on what you would do there. On top of that, they advertise in every city on craigslist etc.

Just looking for confirmation that is not legit.

well it doesn't sound exactly like mary Kay, because the mary kay ladies that I know never had any intention of making it big, they just wanted discounts on cosmedics

hale

im supposed to have an interview in chicago with this corp... is it a waste of my time... A company named PPI out of Glenview IL... is a bunch of bull**** and a waste of time... it is a complete pyramid scheme

Since pyramids are illegal, the new format is more of a "root" system. Social networking companies, like MaryKay, PamperedChef, etc use this new system and it is actually more fair to the lower ranks.

Some are better than others. Pampered Chef, Avon, and the like are known to be more maintstream and sort of help housewives make some extra cash. Some of them, like "Team of Destiny" - RUN!!!!! Their parent company Quixtar is actually from Amway - and they are freaks! My brother was in it, and bought it hook, line, and sinker. It's one of those where everyone wears their little mail order suits and starts only hanging out with people from "the business", going to meetings weekly, seminars, and practically worshipping Orin Woodward (the leader). If it looks like one of those types - just run away man.

I live in Los Angeles and I work for HALE. Let me assure you guys. It is no scam at all. I take the products I sale the products. I get paid. This is a legit Business.

Primerica Financial Consultants is another example. Their parent company is Citibank.
