okay kiddos... i'm trying to figure out if I can drink green tea or other teas and count it towards my water intake for the day, or if it needs to be pure unadulterated water... anyone have an answer?!
The only thing that counts as water besides pure water is flavored water. Any tea (even green) adds other stuff to it, so it doesn't count. You can add some lemon slices to a jug of water, but not those artificially sweetened flavored waters.
