I know this is a long shoot but I really would like someone to go to the gym to help keep me motivated!!

It's always great to have a gym buddy! When I hit the gym with one of my good friend it is time to LIFT hard! Other than that I usually do a lot of CORE workouts. I hope you find your gym buddy .
