Where do you get your protien and creatine???
Last time I got 2, 5kg tubs from holland and barrett, cos I had vouchers, that was ages ago now. Everywhere seems to be very expensive. I can still get the cheap stuff from holland and barrett, but is it worth spending a bit more and getting something that "clames" to be better???
