guilty pleasures anyone?

ok, so...i like all types of different music but never really fell into the whole britney, n'sync, backstreet "thing"

BUT, now i find that i do like justin timberlake as a solo artist, despite my efforts to hate him and his music. i just wanted to believe that he sucked but he's actually pretty dope. (in my opinion -- believe me, i understand if you don't also think so.)

phew. ok, now that i've professed my deepest, darkest secret, does anyone else have any guilty pleasures that they'd like to confess to?

When I had cable TV, I was absolutely and totally addicted to MTV's Real World/Road Rules challenges. Something about egomanaic 20-somethings performing ridiculous stunts and yelling at each other over stupid crap while wasted and/or just being generally idiotic for their 15 minutes really entertained me.

I like a lot of guy stuff (my girlfriends think it's strange).

I love UFC (and other fighting/boxing), hard rock, hot rods, and I know a lot about cars. I even put on a pair of my husband's Nomex and helped pull the motor out of the muscle car he's building, helped pull the heads off, and helped install the transmission. I thought it was a blast using the pneumatic tools and getting greasy.

I know it's not totally weird or anything, but it seems to be weird to all my girlfriends.

I used to love court tv: Judge Judy and the People's Court. I used to watch it all the time I haven't watched one of those since I stopped watching tv althogether 2 years ago but I'm still not proud of it!

I think JT is a very good artist as well.

Listen to a lot of the hip-hop, pop, and r&b that is coming out now. Most of it sounds very similar to JT's beats on his latest album. Someone who can start a trend in the music industry like that def gets my props.

That's hot! I would have liked to have you around when I replaced the heads and intake on my 302 a couple years ago!!
