guidelines

1.Eat low fat product-never return to full fat
2. Eat in moderation- in case of binge avoid all carbs for 48hours afterwards
3. Snacks- have crackers and cheese
4. Dont have more than 1 to 2 pieces of fruit preferably the ones on our program list
5. Dont count calories- eat normal no need to diet
6. Limit Carbs- once a day at most
7. Eat dessert immediatly after carbs. Dont delay more than 1/2 hour to avoid multiple sugar spikes
8. no carbs for breakfast
9. eat 3 meals a day
10. Choose dark chocolate but no more than about 50g 2 times a week
11 cakes- choose a cheesecake (less flour and more protein)
12. Alcohol- never on an empty stomach. Best 30 mins after protein
13. Nuts- never for breakfast only at lunch or dinner time and with a meal not as a snack
14 Fast Food- Try a salad and steak, or a burger or wrap
15. Oil/fat- best avoided but if necessary use olive oil or canola
16. If you are gaining weight- go back on cohens for 2-3 days and keep your water up. If you return to cohens for more than 2 weeks you need to refeed again and it may not work as your blood results are different
