Guidance needed.

I am also new to this site and I was looking to get into a regiment of workout and raquetball. I am 5' 10'' and 33 years old. I was 330 lbs. 2 1/2 years ago. I had the stomach stapling procedure, and I am at 220 today. I have a large upper body (18" neck) and a 51" chest. I play at least twice a week at the gym. Racquetball is hard to coordinate because you have to rely on someone else to complete your workout. When I do play, I play for a solid hour with no breaks (except water, obviously).

My other interests are the treadmill and weight machines. Blood pressure is perfect and so is cholesterol. I was thinking for the days I don't play raquetball, I could do a half hour of cardio and then proceed to the weights. I wanted to to do this 3X a week.

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.

what did you exactly want to know?

Is this enough? too much ? too little?

I like weight training 3 times a week and doing cardio (slow long or HIIT) 5 days a week, along with daily martial arts practice and 2 class training sessions.

Ultimately, I am trying to get the flatest stomach that I ca possibly get. This is why I think the treadmill works for me, as well as raquetball. Side note- I play raquetball because I love it. I guess that's an added bonus! Between raquet and treadmill, I hope to accomplish this flatter stomach. I know it will take a long time. I can do it IF that's the right road to take. As long as I am headed in the right direction, I will do it. So, I need to know if 3-5 times a week cardio coupled with raquetball 2 times a week is the right road to travel. I feel that is sufficient given my schedule. I am open to suggestions. Thanks again.

sound alrite to me. Just remember it's next to impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. But if you want to lose body fat then hitting the weights room would be good if you want some toning along with it
