Guess what this is

Take a wild guess I'm pretty sure you don't have it in the states, and honestly, I don't get how you do without it. So what do you think it's used for?

looks like a spatula with a slit in it for draining off fat

The whole in the back looks like it's for cutting or scaping to me, a bit like a giant cheese slicer

Am I on the right lines?

its a top of the range fly swat which can also be used as a spatula and a cheese grate and maybe a bondage toy (if anybody is into that)
oh and some sort of fish slice
i think ive covered every thing:)

but its probibily like ccr said something to do whith cheese maybe production ie seperating the whey or curd

I think my grandma had on of those from back in the 50's. :yelrotflmao:

Far into the future (at least for people in Norway) cheese slicers look like this. :):D:yelrotflmao::rofl::beerchug:

I have one of those Karky, well somewhere around here anyway. I also have a handheld version sort of like what Goergen posted (a little wire cutter thingy w/ a handle).

I generally buy reduced fat shredded cheese. ****Yes, I understand it is not all natural really expensive stuff, so shut up:)***

I knew that instantly. In fact is was so obvious I thought it was a trick question. My family has that ****, we just choose to use this instead:
