guess i don't have the resolve

kinda depressed today and now i just ate a whole bag of chips to myself. wtf!! there goes my diet, $%@*%#)(*#)%&^!!!! :eek: so what does everyone do when they're feeling 'down' and not include food ?? :confused: in my past life i woulda just had a cig, but i've quit that now too. :rolleyes:

Exactly! the worst thing you can do is worry about what you did.. It will only raise cortisol levels and waste time. Dont look back. It never happened.
Slipping never leads to failure unless you dont get back up.
