growth factor-1

I am a fairly skinny guy. I recently joined the gym (4 months ago) and have been working out with a personal trainer. He has me following a strict workout routine and heavy protein intake diet. My question is: what is the best supplement for building muscle mass? I have been drinking two isopure protein shakes a day and I can tell a slight difference, but I want more !! I came across a pill online called "growth factor-1". I wanted to know if anyone knew anything about this pill and if it provides results without negative side effects. i've seen that before. not worth it in my opinion. if it worked as well as they say it does, believe me EVERYONE would be taking it.

no supplement will work as well as hard training, good nutrition and plenty of rest. take it from those of us who've been doing this for years. use supplements in addition to your daily diet. :)
