growing or diet

I happen to run into a girl i met at a party maybe about 6 months ago, and she told me i grew a crap load. She said i was about her height(and if that's true then i did grow a lot). Do you think 6 healthy meals a day, weight lifting, and just normal growing due to the fact that i'm 16 can help me grow quicker than a normal 16 year old?
 
I dont think you can really help yourself grow taller but you can make sure you dont inhibit your proper growth buy ensuring you take in enough calcium, proper techinques in your weight training as for your age, etc.
