Grocery Store Deli - LOL?

So I goto the grocery store, and these meats at the deli are labeled 'LOL'. I look at several of them, and I'm thinking whats so funny about these meats? Well I asked the lady, and shes like it stands for land o lakes. LOL! My internet mind has bled into my everyday thinking.
