Sport Grocery List Help

Sport Fitness
Hello all,

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to designing my own meal plan. If someone would be kind enough to assist me in designing one for me that would be quite helpful. My goal is to start a weight training program and I know that if I'm not eating the right foods that I'll be wasting my time. I'm also a bit overweight so I'll need my calories shaved by 500 as stated in the Nutrition 101 thread.

I just need a meal plan guideline to start with so that I can try and play around with to make it more interesting as time goes on.

I'm a 25 year old male at a height of 6' 5" at 265lbs. My goal weight should be between 225 - 230lbs. I have calculated my BMR according to the formula in the Nutrition 101 thread and it = 4039.76 minus the 500 to lose weight.

Thanks for your help
