i dont have an exact cal count but mines prol. around 2000+, i try to buy alot of organic vegi's and fruits, quality carbs such as whole grain bread, organic brown/wild rice blends, and lean meats such as chicken breast and fish. plus eggs and egg whites etc. I dont have the perfect nutrition plan down by any means but i eat well. i usually spend 150 a week on average, which is 7 days of break fast lunch and dinner. I could spend more on things, or i could cut some corners but ive found a happy medium that works for me. Sometimes more sometimes less but thats a pretty fair average i would say. hope this helps
