Hi there! I'm just an average 20 year old that is trying to live a healthier lifestyle. About 1 year ago, I was almost 300 pounds but now I am at a little less than 200. Through this journey (which is still ongoing) I've went through a lot of ups and downs. Starving, skipping meals, very low calorie count per day, etc. However, I am happy to say that I am no longer struggling with that as much. My goal weight is about 30-40 pounds away but it seems like it's much harder to lose weight compared to when I first began last year. Hopefully I can find some answers on this forum.
