Greetings from the Sunshine State

Hello World Fitness! I might've posted here before to introduce myself but I dont remember which is why I'm posting right now. LOL. my name is Arianne, I'm 18, I live in Florida and am a freshman at Miami-Dade College. Over the course of about a year, I've gained weight. from many things like stress and depression. I've also stopped working out since my gym membership expired in February. and not eating right (I am in love with fries -BAD, i know!-) has brought me to where I am now. I am 5'2 and 135 lb. Summer 2005, I was at the lowest weight I've ever been which was 117 lb. I was happy then and still had enough meat on my body. I also had a FLAT stomach which I miss dearly, and a round lil booty.lol. I want to lose 15-20 lbs. and tone up. I dont want abs, just a flat stomach, and a tight butt, I KNOW spot reducing isnt possible but if I work out these areas enough I'm bound to see some results. I'm on here for support and advice. My first goal is to lose 10 lbs. by Nov 17 which is about a week before Thanksgiving. Also, I am looking into modeling which is another reason why I want to lose the weight. I guess you can say it's my motivation at the moment.

Here's my plan: eat HEALTHY breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with atleast 2 snacks in between. drink LOTS of water. I'm not much of a soda drinker so I'm good with that. and stay away from juices, and LEMONADE(my fav. drink, which is hard lol). walk/jog for 1 hour every morning.

I f we lie, and agree with you that the pic is horrible, will you promise us a pic of the round booty when you get back to where you wanna be? I keed, maybe. Seriously though, welcome to the forums.
