I began me weight loss journey about ten months ago. Today, as in like 10 minutes before I made this post, I have lost 100 pounds. I have at least another year of weight loss ahead of me, as I still have another 100 pounds to lose. It seems like an impossible task to complete, especially when everywhere I go I'm STILL the fat guy. You can't tell people you work out seven days a week when you wear a 2 or 3xl shirt and they don't see the 5 and 6xl's you threw away, not without them looking at you like you're a liar anyway. I'm here because I really need encouragement, and I want to encourage people with the battles I've fought as well. It's a long fight, let's go to war.

Awesome job! 100 pounds is incredible. I know someone who is trying the same. How did you do it? Keep it up. It will be the best thing you have ever done.

Congratulations man on 100 pounds. I'm on the cusp of hitting 50 and am thrilled, I can't imagine how 100 must feel. You made a decision to change your future into what you envision it can be. Don't let anyone take away from you what you have already accomplished. Think about what life will be like when you can do all the things people like us have had to watch from the sidelines for so long. You are almost there, you did this, I know how hard it is and so do a lot of people looking at this forum be proud of every step you've made on this Journey thus far.

That's awesome :)
Thanks for sharing this post here. It's going to go a long way in helping and inspiring others on their weight loss journey as well. May I suggest that you start a new thread to give out tips and advice on how you to shed all that weight?
