I read an article in a magazine saying that green tea supplements will help you loose weight ... i've been thinking of taking these for a few years in general b/c of articles i've read saying that they are great anti-oxidants and lower the chance of getting cancer ... anyone have any info on this? Anyone take them? I do not want to take anything that i can physically tell i am taking (like ripped fuel, etc) ... i'm looking for something like a multi vitamin feeling
