Weight-Loss Green tea and green coffee

Hi everyone,

I'm new on this forum, I am French and I put on a lot of weight since I am in Australia. I am desperate to lose these 8 kilos and was wandering if anyone had tryed to drink slimming coffee or tea? Apparently they are very good, especially organic tea/s because it helps burn calories.

I would like to try, i was thinking of buying the allsvelte green tea one because it's very popular in France, but it's australian ;)

Thoughts?

Hello Chaha. I've read in several articles that Green Tea and Oolong Tea is a good fat burner and can increase you metabolism. Some friends in college told me that drinking green tea helps them to get slimmer.. hehe. I found a site where you can read a lot of information about weight loss and health benefits of drinking tea. You might wanna check it also. (LINK REMOVED) . Just check the right side bar, look for "Labels" and choose Weight Loss on the category. I hope the articles there help you. :)

That's all I need in life ;)

Green tea is healthy (supposedly), and certainly better than coke or stuff like that, but in itself, not an appetite suppressant. You would achieve the same effect with a glass of water before every meal - it fills you up and leaves less room for food. Simple.

No need to fork out money on 'slimming teas/coffees'. That's nonsense. If you like it, drink it, but don't fall for any 'special', ridiculously expensive stuff that promises you miraculous weight loss, increased metabolism or stuff like that. It's not worth it!
 
hi! i agree with the previous replies :) green tea can make you lose weight due to its metabolism boost. it also comes with lots of health benefits


i drink it before and after a meal... coffee gives me palpitations that why i drink green tea now
