Sport Green Smoothies - Excellent for Weightloss, Nutrition and Post-Workout Meals (VIDEO)

Sport Fitness
I've been making green smoothies for sometime now, and they are incredible for you with numerous benefits.

They provide you with an immense amount of nutrition in a convenient and palatable way, and the high fiber content keeps you full, longer.

Kale, spinach and other leafy greens make up the base of these drinks, with fruit, sometimes almond milk or yogurt, berries and other super foods providing a variety of flavours and nutritional combinations.

I've made two 'how to' green smoothies on youtube to give you an idea. See below:

Here's another smoothie, this one is my favourite flavour wise. If you like nutty flavours this is a great smoothie for newbies:

Those look great, going to try them. Cheers

Question though - you say excellent for weight-loss in the thread title - are you using these as a meal replacement?

Hi, thanks.

Yes, I eat them as a meal, the high fiber content helps keep you full. I also make them rather large.
