Weight-Loss Great Physical Challenges

Weight-Loss
This last weekend I ran with two friends in a mountain trail race in Colorado. The course was 17 miles with 10 miles of uphill to a 13,000 foot pass. The climb was steep and at time rocky. The last 2 miles to the summit, the air was thin and the legs were burning. One reward was spectacular scenery that surrounded and towered over us.

My two friends have never done anything like this in their lives. One guy said it was the hardest thing he had ever done. They took on a big physical challenge and they finished with smiles on their tired faces. It was also a thrill for family members waiting at the finish line. They want to do it again next year and one man want s to run with his teenage son.

Days after the race, my legs were very sore, but I was recruiting new people for next year. So far I have 4 new people that want to take on this mountain running challenge. I know that through the process of training and the completion of the race, they will never be the same.
What challenge do you want to undertake?
