Great Conditioning for young athletes

Here is a great conditioning workout for all young athletes.

It consists of 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 sit ups.

It takes 10 sets to complete.

Each set has 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, and 30 sit ups.

Try it out!

Do it once a week and time yourself each time and try to beat it each week!
