Great cardio workout!!

I just got one of those personal fitness trampolines, and man...what a workout. Its a great cardio workout, and its easy on the joints. I'm lovin it. i found this place on ebay that has all kinds of trampolines. check it out!

Not a bad idea for something different!

-Which muscles are you feeling after using it?
-How much ceiling height above it do you need?
-Weight restrictions?
Tks

Which Trampoline Brand to Buy? Made in USA or Imports?

My husband and I are planning to try to get in shape together with our kids. We both agree a large trampoline would be great fun and exercise for the whole family. Any ideas on which brand to buy? We've seen some for as low as $300 on eBay and others as high as $1400 elsewhere on line. The top end of these are the Titan Extreme Series made by a company in Texas. We were interested in their 15' Titan Extreme III but the price is a little high at over $1300, even though it came with all the safety equipment we liked. Any idea of comparable ones for much less money? We need a set with a secure safety net and must be able to hold at least 300 lbs. We probably prefer a made in the USA brand and must have a warranty.

I've been looking all over for a quality trampoline myself. I finally purchased a trampoline with the best safety net enclosure and thickest frame. I purchased my 10x17 trampoline combo from . They have the greatest customer service there.

Hmm this post smells a bit like spam to me. Look at the number of people with 1 or 2 posts posting affiliate links. How did they all decide to register (at the same time) and just post an affiliate link but nothing else on fitness?

You may be right. Over on Yahoo I'm seeing a lot of those posts that go like: "Hey I just found this site and I'm making a lot of money there" and then they post a link. Generally it's a new alias and as you can gather, it's a new alias because their old one was deleted for dishonestly spamming their web site.

oh........i'msorry i chimed in .............
