We actually just bought 1/2 a grass-fed Longhorne and I have to say it is fabulous. We can really tell the difference between it and the regular store bought beef - especially the ground beef. It is a little more expensive (although purchasing a 1/2 - some cuts were more expensive, but others were less than the store), but I think worth it! Some people had told us that the flavor would be different, and we might have to season a little more - but we have not found that to be true, everything we have made so far has been very tender and flavorful.
