In this diet, you are to eat half a grapefruit before every meal. The "supposedly" benefit is lsoing 10 pounds in 12 days without starvation as you're allowed to eat 3 meals per day. The down side that no one informs you of is the grapefruit is suppose to help reduce chloresterol and build a healthy heart, too bad that heart benefits are ruined due to low calorie food consumptions.
