Well as my title states I would like you to grade my workout routine. I'm not aiming for macho body builder or like 20 mile endurance type body. I just want to be physically fit and have a defined tone. Im 15 and am attended high school. I am in the jrotc drill team and want to get bulk up a little so i can have greater muscle endurance and strength when drilling. I also want to improve my mile for the PT team. I have a very small body frame for my age group 5' 2" and I weigh only 100 pounds. So anywho this is how it usually goes....
Wake @ 5:30 am
Goto PT @6:00 am
PT from @ 6:00 to 6:30-45 am
Drill practice @ 7:00-8:00 am
School from 9 to 4
Drill practice from 4:10 to 5:00-30 pm
PT usually consists of 2 minutes situps then 1.5 minute situps
1.5 minute pushups then 1 minute pushups
(maybe leg lifts or something here)
1 mile run OR sprints
2 sets of 10 pullups
I entered this school year running my mile at about 8 minutes but have pushed it down to 6.32 and i maxed my pullups from about 9 to about 16 now.
