here's another one, that sounds yummy (at least to me)

Goulash Soup

800g potatoes
500g beef
500g pork
10g potatoe starch
20g garlic
400g onions
500g peppers
24g olive oil
36g tomatoe paste
800g stewed tomatoes
2l beef stock soup

Preparation:
roast meat in oil, add onion and garlic.
Add peppers and stew for a few minutes, then add stewed tomatoes, tomatoe paste and beef stock soup. Let simmer for approximately one hour. After 30 minutes, add the cubed potatoes

Makes six servings of 396 calories, 9.5 from fat (21.6%)
 
I tried this out on the weekend....I amended a little on the amounts but nothing else. I had to add a few spices, cause I found it a little plain.

It took a long time to make, but it was really worth it. I have a big pot that lasts for at least two or three more meals and it tasted great. So if you have time on a Saturday or Sunday, it is well worth it.

It is so yummy!!!:D
