I'm about 5 ft 8 inches tall, I weigh 11 stone (on the dot) thats about 154 lbs (i think?).
I don't eat much, calorie-wise. I eat: 3 slices of toast with sliced meat in the morning with some tomatoe, baked potatoe with tuna for lunch and a meal that has usually 300 calories (could be less on some nights around 250 calories) for dinner, possibly two slices of toast before bed (with chicken on it).
In between all of this I use my treadmill to burn around 300 calories (or soo the machine claims) each night.
I'm looking to loose alot of fat and fast, is there any reccomendations on how I could do this, please?
