Hey everyone. I'm wondering if this is a good workout to do. I'm a male, 14 turning 15. I do one exercise for each catagory from this website and do usually 3 sets of each.. I do about 8 reps of each and I have my week scheduled to have a workout day then a rest day then a work day then a rest day. I also add pushups and situps to my workout. Is this a good plan?
