Good workout plan?

Hey everyone.:beerchug: I'm wondering if this is a good workout to do. I'm a male, 14 turning 15. I do one exercise for each catagory from this website and do usually 3 sets of each.. I do about 8 reps of each and I have my week scheduled to have a workout day then a rest day then a work day then a rest day. I also add pushups and situps to my workout. Is this a good plan?
If it's not help me by telling me what I could fix.:cool3:
Help would be appreciated.
 
Sorry forgot to add that I don't do the calf excersises.:D
 
Its not a bad start. I take it you don't have a barbell, only dumbells. A lot of the exercises are better done with a barbell. For instance, squats with dumbells at your side isn't the same as having a big heavy bar across your shoulders. And dumbell deadlifts will likely become very similar to the squats and so will not work your posterior chain (hams, glutes) as effectively. Also you are missing pull-ups.
Importantly, do not do situp- ever. They hurt your back and do very little. Crunches, Bicycle crunches are good.
And don't forget the core. So planks or renegade rows.
