Good value Creatine Pills?

I keep trying to take Creatine but I keep giving it up because its so f***ing horrible to take :(

Trouble is its so cheap in powdered form compared to the pills I've seen.

Where would be a good place to get creatine pills from (in the UK)? Because unless I find a good alternative I think I'll give it up.

no clue on UK sites. just look for ANYTHING that's pill form and is monohydrate. that'll be the cheapest stuff.

does the powder bother you when mixed into a protein shake? I take my creatine post workout, mixed in a shaker cup, and I Just slam the whole thing down in 10 seconds. you don't get the creatine grit at the bottom cuz its suspended in the liquid right after shaking (better than stirring in my opinion)

I'm sick of the powder full stop, I'd rather go without.

I've bought some pils, 350 x 1000mg for £14, which I thought seemed very reasonable indeed

Wait and see when they get delivered

and is monohydrate

Isn't monohydrate the less effective type, and type that causes side effects like cramping, kidney stones, and bloating?

I pay $60 canadian for my creatine, so like $30 UK. But according to each store I've asked, this stuffs the highest quality I'll find. I think spending a few extra bucks will go a long way..

No Loads...Creatine Monohydrate is the ONLY creatine that real scientists have studied, and found to work.

NO STUDIES EXIST that show taht creatine citrate, creatine malate, creatine ethyl ester, or so-called "buffered creatine" like kre-alkalyn...are any more effective, or any better absorption rate...than good old monohydrate.

ALL CREATINE requires more water intake...when you don't, you get cramps.
kidney stones are a myth. however if you have kidney problems already, don't take creatine without talking to your doctor. excess creatine degrades to creatinine, and that can be bad for people with less than healthy kidneys.

Bloating is a side effect some people experience. I don't get bloated on monohydrate at all.

so with the Creatine Monohydrate Powder NO LOADING is needed? just mix a spoon full with say a Whey Protien Shake and milk before i work out and its done?
