Weight-Loss Good sources of protein and iron

I don't eat very much meat at all, so I'm looking for some good sources of protein and iron to keep me healthy. Does anyone have suggestions?
 
Soy (obviously)
Quinoa - good protein
Spinach - good iron
Beans & legumes
Greek yogurt
Nuts (I like dry roasted soy nuts)
Whey protein isolate (you can mix into smoothies & drinks)

That's just off the top of my head for my non-meat protein sources, hope it helps :)
