Sport good snacks exept fruits and vegetables

What are good snacks but are not fruits and vegetables. Im talking about the ones that you can buy at the store, like special K snack bites. Do you guys know what im talking about?

Instead of snack try 5-6 meals, you wont be as hungry and need snacks.

Snacks in general should be kept at a minimun, special k is full of sugar so thats not really a great option. People usually go for sugar/carbs for snacks which isn't really the best way to go for fat loss. So try the veggies. Other than that (but limit cause alot goes a long way).

Handfull of almonds(nuts in general)
Fat free cottage cheese
Natural Peanut Butter
Fat Free Cream Cheese
Sunflower seeds
Low fat/fat free string cheese

Not having fruits or veggies makes this list kind of short Im afraid.
 
I have to agree with theleip. I used to be a big snacker but since I have been eating 5-6 meals a day I have found myself not even craving any snacks.

A snack that I recommend is yogurt. Why can't you eat veggies/fruits? Or do you just not like them?
 
mlabbie is right - when you know that there is less than 3 hours to your next meal at any given time of day, the whole notion of snacking becomes pretty redundant. If I find myself really peckish, I'll just eat 30mins earlier.

I have a similar problem to you in that I am not a huge fan of fruit and veg. Yoghurt is a good saviour for me, usually with a handful of raisins or nuts in it.
 
I dont mind fruits and veggies, I actually like them. But I was just wanted to know my other options.
How many calories do raisins have? And are Cranberry Raisins OK?
Oh and what about those Wheat Crackers?
