Sport Good Smoothie or bad?

There's a smoothie place around the corner from where I work. They have a smoothie called "Protein Buzz." It has soy milk (gives a nice amount of protein), blueberries, banana, and organic agave nectar. Does this seem like a good breakfast?
 
Not bad, better than no breakfast.
If you could make your smoothie at home, you could add some good stuff like flax seed, slivered almonds, oats and whey protein.

Sounds good, but usually breakfast should be a little more hearty. But as the poster above me said... it's better than nothing at all and it's better than bacon :)
