Sport Good or Bad?

Sport Fitness
I have a few question I hope someone can help me.

Can some of you tell me what stuff I should stay away from and/or whats okay to eat for someone trying to lose weight. Can you eat food from cans?; like tuna, ham, turkey or would it not good. Is there a way to food healthy cheap? B/c my food budget is not enough to eat like organic and only non-processed foods.

The best cheap foods are chicken breast, broccoli and spinach. Tuna is okay from a can, stay away from the others, or just get them at the deli.

actually, its a lot cheaper to buy bags of brown rice, fresh veggies, and raw meat than it is ot buy lots of tv dinners, hot pockets, and other processed, 'almost ready to eat' things.

You can buy 10lbs of potatoes for the price of a McDonald's meal.

Maybe this might help

Try to eat as much fat free or reduced fat foods as you can. The easist ways to reduce weight is to cut fat, and sugar. This will help reduce your daily caloric intake and help you lose weight. Try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and wheats, brown rice instead of refined sugars like white bread and rice. Also if you haven't started already try to exercise more. This will help spead the weight loss and keep it off. Also it helps with all other areas of life both physical, mental, and emotional. And like what was already said stay far, far away from fast food.

the problem with 'fat free' foods is they always have increased sodium sugar and high fructose corn syrup to make up for the lost flavor and texture from the fat.

This is why the' fat free food craze in America just created more obese people. They were told fat free was safe..and they gorged.

This is why sticking to whole foods is SOOO much better. When you start eating a clean diet, you have to start taking fish oil, flaxseed oil, and peanut butter to make sure you're getting enough fat in the diet.
Too little fat leads to dry skin, hair, brittle nails, and in men, reduced testosterone levels.
