Good multivitamin for men around 40 ?

Any suggest a GOOD multivitamin for men my age, 40 ?

I bought the 30 day supply of " The Vitamin Shoppe Dailey Pack "

It cost around $27.00 at the Vitamin Shoppe for a 30 day supply

I'm weight lifting, taking Whey Protien shakes 3 times a day, and have to order a multivitamin as my 30 day supply is running low all ready, so before I spend another $30.00 bucks, I just want to make sure I'm not just throwing my money away

well i think any multivitamin is fine as long as it's not some real cheesy brand. my hubby takes the especially for men multivitamin from vitamin shoppe. i sure yours is fine also.
