What are some good foods for cutting fat and building muscle. I eat a lot of eggs, chicken, beef, potatos, cheese, bread, rice, stuff with suger (kool-aid, tea, etc.) and in genaral a lot of southern foods.
 
no sugar
limit the bread as much as possible when cutting.
long grain brown rice only...no instant white rice

egg whites, chicken breast, baked/broiled/grilled fish...NOTHING fried
