I eat during the day small portions of food like this.
Breakfast - All-Bran + Skinny Milk
During the day:
Fruit like Apples/Oranges/Bananas/Mandarin's etc
Nuts - Almonds
Light Cheese - thin slices.
Breads - 2 pieces of sliced bread with vegetables or vegimite , vegimite has no calories in it, so the calories is only from the 2 slices of bread.
Weight Watches bar - Small but very filling.
Dinner - Properly cooked meats, and I cook my meats with no oils & more vegetables & salads made with NO OIL , only salt and vinegar.
The sugar in the weight watches bar is FAKE sugar so it's better & again it's a small bar.
How's this food sound for my 40+KM bike rides per day? I'm eating all sorts of foods...having small amounts of each food class besides junk foods like chips and chocolates etc lol.
...I hear it's better doing that then completely cutting different food classes etc.
Your thoughts on what I should maybe add or take away? My goal is to lower my body fat percentage. Will eating like this actually do that with my 40KM bike ride per day?
I work in the family business as a pastry chef - so lol ....I'm making biscuits & really fatty snacks everyday...after a few hours of handling lots n lots of butters n sugars etc...the smell of it makes you just HATE that stuff & completely puts me off eating any sort of junk like that.
