Sport Fitness
Ok so my dads going to give me 50 dollars Aussie dollars to buy food for the week. Can some one help me out with what i should buy...i am on my own here so if i screw up i am going to starve

So far i know i am going to buy oats and like 20 dollars of chicken and some brown rice...i have never really known what veggies are important...i don't care if its the same thing every day i just want it to be the best and the healthiest possible with 50 dollars.

Nuts are good to stock up on if you want to make sure you don't starve, they're cheap and packed with calories.

Are you any good at cooking? You'd be amazed at how cheap a home made pizza is.

yeah fruit that ill get is bananas and apples...oats brown rice tons of chicken and brown wheat bread. but what kind of frozen veggies ? and peanut butter is that really that good ?
No not really but ill just be having rice and chicken or bread and chicken every meal and for dinner ill just buy like a chicken tonight toppings

Natural peanut butter is a good source of good fats, and some protein. "Normal" pb is full of other junk, so get the natural.

Ok so for veggies i am going to get broccoli, tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, carrots, Lettuce i am pretty sure has hardly any good properties. There is a fruit and veggie market underneath my gym. Its got- dirt cheap prices and there is 2 supplement stores as well. iIs so convenient...to bad i am moving again in like 3 months:mad: so is there anything i am missing?

It's the lettuce that is really crunchy and is almost more white than it is green, and has basically no nutrients in it. Just lots of water. If you are going to get lettuce stick with romaine, spinach, or any really green leafy type, these will be full of healthy stuff.

If you like to munch on things as snacks I'd get some green beens, carrots and some celery. Really cheap where I live and not really any preparation needed.(cooking)
