Hi, I am 18 years old now, I exercise 2-3x a week, usually running belt, treadmill or running outside. Before I used to hate sweating, i usually stopped running when I started to sweat. When I was 16, I found out that when I force myself to sweat a lot, I feel great after that. Now I at least once a week exercise until my body sweat out couple liters, I generally feel better. Do you sweat a lot? And how do you feel after that?
