I'm 5'9" 150lbs male. I have a little gut that I'm tryin to get rid of. I do pushups and situps and shiz, then I bike whenever this stupid weather permits me to. This is what I eat nearly every day...
Breakfast. 7:30am.
1 Serving of Oatmeal.
Glass of Skim Milk.
Eat a Banana like 2 hours later.
Lunch. Noon.
1-2 Servings of Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast.
3-4 Servings of Random Veggies such as Broccoli, Green Beans, Peas, Cauliflower, Carrots, and Brussels.
Glass of Skim Milk.
Eat a Hard Boiled Egg like 2 hours after that.
Dinner. Between 7pm - 8pm.
1-2 Servings of Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast.
3-4 Servings of Random Veggies such as Broccoli, Green Beans, Peas, Cauliflower, Carrots, and Brussels.
Roughly a big bowl Salad with some Cherry Tomatoes.
Glass of Skim Milk.
I drink quite a bit of water throughout the day as well, maybe 2 liters or more.
I'm not so good at counting calories, it's hard enough to figure out however many servings of whatever the crap I'm eating. So how do you think I might be able to change up my diet a bit to get more variety in there and keep it healthy as well? Or if this diet is even good for me at all...
