Sport Good Eating? I need Variety!

Sport Fitness
I'm 5'9" 150lbs male. I have a little gut that I'm tryin to get rid of. I do pushups and situps and shiz, then I bike whenever this stupid weather permits me to. This is what I eat nearly every day...

Breakfast. 7:30am.
1 Serving of Oatmeal.
Glass of Skim Milk.

Eat a Banana like 2 hours later.

Lunch. Noon.
1-2 Servings of Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast.
3-4 Servings of Random Veggies such as Broccoli, Green Beans, Peas, Cauliflower, Carrots, and Brussels.
Glass of Skim Milk.

Eat a Hard Boiled Egg like 2 hours after that.

Dinner
. Between 7pm - 8pm.
1-2 Servings of Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast.
3-4 Servings of Random Veggies such as Broccoli, Green Beans, Peas, Cauliflower, Carrots, and Brussels.
Roughly a big bowl Salad with some Cherry Tomatoes.
Glass of Skim Milk.

I drink quite a bit of water throughout the day as well, maybe 2 liters or more.

I'm not so good at counting calories, it's hard enough to figure out however many servings of whatever the crap I'm eating. So how do you think I might be able to change up my diet a bit to get more variety in there and keep it healthy as well? Or if this diet is even good for me at all...

your diet seems good as far as clean eating goes.

but breakfast is low in protein.

a banana offers no protein.

a single egg is only 6g of protein.

aim for closer to 1gallon of fluids per day.

lift heavy weights. at 150lbs and 5'9" if you have much of a belly, it means you probably need more muscle tone. 150lbs is about the 'ideal weight' for a 5'9" male (depending on what chart you look at).

muscle helps to burn calories. situps don't give you a flat stomach...losing bodyfat from the entire body does.

Yeah, I'm kinda lackin in the muscle department... Haha.

What do you suggest I add to my diet to get more protein?

I just do situps to try and build some muscle there. I do biking whenever it's not too crappy outside, I do about 5-6 miles. I know it doesn't sound like too much but when you're doing it on a BMX bike, it's not as easy.
