Sport Good diet for losing fat and maintaining muscles???

Hi guys.

I've made a diet/nutrition plan. And I was wondering if you think that I will lose fat and still maintain my muscle mass?

Breakfast:

• Oatmeal / peace of bread with fish
• 1 fruit
• Milk
• Fish oil


Small meal:

• 1 Fruit


Lunch:

• Salad / peace of bread with low fat meet
• Water


Dinner:

• Wok / rice & chicken / bread & egg - omelette


After workout:

• Smoothie/tuna/egg/


Before bed:

• 1 fruit
• Water


Also, a little bit info about my training:

Bodybuilding: 3 days a' week

Martial arts/Calisthenics: 3 days a' week

HIIT (Cardio): 7 days a'week.
